Proudly designed in Southern California, this bumper was developed with advanced CAD technology and 3D scanning to ensure a precise fit, while delivering excellent approach angles for confident handling on and off the road.

- Optimized Fit: Fully bolt-on design with some minor frame trimming required.
- Precision Fabrication: Laser-cut and CNC-bent for consistent quality, strength, and reliability.

Material Specs:
- 3/16" HRP&O front plate
- 1/4" HRP&O main mounting bracket
- 1/4" gusset supports
- 7/8" clevis shackles for enhanced recovery capabilities
- Easy Winch Access: Features a removable aluminum dimple-die cover, allowing hassle-free access to the winch mounting bolts.
- Lighting Integration: Built-in light pod mounting brackets.
- Wing Material: DOM 1.75” x 0.120” tubing, with wings available in Open or Pre Runner style lower tube designs.
Winch: This bumper is compatible with the Badlands 12K winch. Relocation of control box and trimming of clutch handle is required.
