TEQ Offroad offers a 60-day return window. You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in the same condition you received it

Be unused, uninstalled, unworn, and free from damage

Include all original packaging, hardware, instructions, and tags

Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Items returned with missing packaging, missing hardware, signs of installation, damage, wear, or use may be denied or subject to additional deductions.
Non-Defective Returns
Returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

Changed my mind

No longer needed
-
Ordered the wrong item

Bought by mistake

Found another product
-
Vehicle was sold or project changed
are considered non-defective returns.
Approved non-defective returns are subject to:

A 20% restocking fee

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by TEQ Offroad or a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Apparel & Gear
Apparel and gear may be returned within 60 days of delivery if they are:

Unworn
-
Unwashed
-
In original condition
-
Returned with tags and original packaging
Stickers & Decals
Due to the nature of stickers and decals, all sticker and decal sales are final. Stickers and decals are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or warranty.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

Wait for the return to be approved

Place a new order for the desired item
Order Cancellations
Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled.
Canceled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable credit card and payment processing costs, provided that TEQ Offroad is still within the stated lead time for the order.
If TEQ Offroad has exceeded the advertised lead time for your order, the order may be canceled without a cancellation fee.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
Any applicable restocking fees, cancellation fees, shipping charges, or deductions for missing/damaged packaging will be subtracted from the refund amount.
